Our traditional learning models go all the way back to the industrial age.

Employees must constantly reinvent their skill sets in order to stay employable. As a lifelong learner myself, who has transitioned her skills from one career to another. I can tell you first hand, that learning as an adult is more enjoyable and satisfying then when I was a kid. And as Albert Einstein once said, “Once you stop learning, you start dying”.
